A local municipalities’ wastewater treatment superintendent was interested in hearing about our solutions.  Jim was on the call with Rob and Jim asked the superintendent to show him the problem area on the rotating arm support track.  They went to take a look and the superintendent says to Jim, “oh yea, this is Belzona.  I applied this Belzona 4111 (Magma Quartz) eight years ago and it is still functioning like the day we installed it".  Now that they have the history, they have plans to repair more of their equipment with Belzona.

The problem areas of these Clarifiers include:

• Leaks in concrete walls and steel
• Corrosion on concrete and steel walls and floors
• Leaking roofs on the covered tanks
• Rotating arm support wheels and tracks
• Sludge removal equipment (track, shaft, bearing housing etc.)
• Scum removal equipment (rubber flight on helical skimmers)
• Non-slip system on tank top and walkways
• Reseat or re-grout handrails
• Chemical storage tank and containment areas
